If you have been following my blog, you know that I usually write about my own reflections. They come from anywhere (listening to a song, watching a movie, going out on a run) and then the post just builds from there. I enjoy it, because it is a great way to get all that noise out of my head while still feeling like I am saying something that someone wants to hear.
Today, I want to do something different. Today I want to talk about something that isn’t my strongest area, but one I think we all should be aware of. I’m talking about technology.
Here are four question I want you to consider today:
1. Are you utilizing technology to grow your business?
2. Are you utilizing technology in a way that your competition isn’t?
3. Are you allowing technology to differentiate you from everyone else?
4. Does technology play a part in helping you be more efficient and organized?
During your own reflection time this week, ask yourself these questions. Then once you find the answers, create a plan to make technology your sales and marketing partner.
It may be that you go out and buy an iPad so that you can give presentations while out and about. It may be that you invest in a CRM system that allows you to track who you market to and what the latest conversation you had with them was all about. Heck, it could even be implementing a new text business card program.
Either way, invest the time to plan how you will utilize technology in order to expand your business and reach the goals you dream of reaching.
